Big Feelings, Bright Choices is a product of The Poetic Cat Lab, a brand of InnerSpark LC. InnerSpark LC is responsible for the information described in this policy. This app is made for grown-ups. It is not designed for children to use on their own, and we do not knowingly collect any information from a child.
Your email address, if you give it to us. When you ask for the free activity pack, we send your email address to Kit, our email provider, and they store it. We use it to send you the pack and occasional free resources. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all of it.
Nothing else about you. There are no accounts, no passwords, and no database of our own. We never ask for a child’s name, age, photograph, or anything else about your child.
If you dismiss the prompt about adding the app to your home screen, we save a single note on your device so that we do not ask again. It stays in your browser, it never reaches us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people open the app. It does not use cookies, it does not follow you to other websites, and it does not tell us who you are. We see totals, not people.
Our files are served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard records of requests in the way that every web host does.
Kit, for email. Cloudflare, for hosting and visit counts. Nobody else. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
This app is for grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@poeticcatlab.com and we will delete it.
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@poeticcatlab.com.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
